At The Llewellyn Group Pathway Forward, we are dedicated to providing compassionate and supportive transitional housing services for veterans. Our mission is to empower these brave individuals on their journey to stability and independence. We believe that every veteran deserves a safe space to regain their footing and rebuild their lives after service. Join us in honoring their sacrifices by supporting our cause.

Services include employment outreach, case management, assistance in obtaining VA benefits, and assistance in accessing mainstream benefits. We also provide additional services such as temporary financial assistance with rent, utility, and childcare expenses. 

The VASH Program (Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing) is a collaborative program between the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) to provide rental assistance to homeless veterans and offer ongoing VA case management and supportive services. 

Many veterans have used the VASH program to successfully transition to a better life. If you are a homeless veteran, you may receive help from this special program.

 The Veterans Transportation Service (VTS) provides safe and reliable transportation to Veterans who require assistance traveling to and from VA health care facilities and authorized non-VA health care appointments. VTS also partners with service providers in local communities to serve Veterans’ transportation needs.

We help veterans learn how to effectively us the computer.  We also offer training, education, and technology to help veterans, and their families develop digital skills.
